Our Building
Baywatch Manor is a 13,000 sq ft, two wing, single-story home. The building has ramp access at all entrances/exits. Inside, we have a spacious family area so our residents can relax inside with others. We offer a kitchen, where our staff prepare all the meals which are served in our large dinning room.
Our home currently has 38 beds in total, available in both private and semi-private rooms, each including it's own bathroom, which has a sink and a toilet. Each room has a bed and dresser, other furnishings, such as televisions and chairs can be brought in by the residents. Also, there are four common bathing rooms with bathing facilities, two of which have tub lifts.
This home is privately owned, however we provide the services of a fully government licensed, smoke free building. The building is equipped with a sprinkler, fire alarm, and door alarm system. Each room and bathroom is equipped with a sprinkler. Medical, pharmaceutical, and ambulance services are available as well.
We also offer craft and exercise programs designed specifically for our residents and run by a fulltime staff member. Regular visits by Church groups and community organizations. Also, we have staff on duty 24 hours a day. This staff offers assistance with administering, distributing, and caring for medical items such as needles, medications, and other items.
